SVP, Secondary Markets

Hai Ly is the Senior Vice President and Director of Secondary Markets. He is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all secondary marketing, including hedging, trading, pricing strategies, warehouse facilities, mortgage delivery, product development and purchase reconciliation. As a member of the Leadership Team, Hai invests his time to mentor members of the JMAC team to nurture untapped talent. He truly believes that every member of the origination process brings value and is needed for the success of the company. Prior to assuming his position in 2007, Hai served as Vice President of Secondary Markets at ComUnity Lending, Inc. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing secondary marketing, deal desk, post closing, shipping, and product development.

Hai earned his BA degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1999 and his MBA degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix in 2011.  He currently resides in Irvine, CA with his wife Samantha and their two daughters, Hayden and Hannah.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with the kids, Chinese chess, and Sudoku.
