How to eSign Initial Disclosures
Within three days of completing your loan application, you will receive initial disclosures with the details of your new mortgage. These disclosures will be sent from disclosures@jmaclending.com. To protect your information, we do not send any documents as email attachments.
Click Doc Link to begin the process.
Confirm your identity by entering your last name, last four digits of your social security number, and the property zip code. Then, click sign in.
Read the Electronic Records & Signatures Agreement, then choose to either accept or decline to electronically receive your disclosures.
IMPORTANT: If you decline, disclosures will be mailed to you. You must then wet sign disclosures, potentially delaying your loan.
Next, review the initial disclosure package. As disclosures are read, the document indicator on the left-hand menu will change from yellow to green. Clicking on a disclosure name will jump to that document.
Once all disclosures have been reviewed, click the continue button in the bottom-right.
You can now begin eSigning. Click either the red or yellow sign button to add your eSignature to the disclosure.
